Preventative Maintenance Only

We offer custom preventative maintenance (PM) plans to all our customers, entitling them to priority service and 4 hour guaranteed onsite response anywhere in Southern California.  Our UPS, PDU and Stand-By Generator PM plans are designed in a proactive manner and are proven to minimize technical issues, battery failures and system malfunctions.

Our proprietary software, Workforce Mobilizer, features a contract management option that ensures we never skip a beat!  In addition, or SaaS platform includes a service dispatch option that streamlines the scheduling process, tracks issues and allows us to monitor the progress of your service agreement and equipment under contract at all times.

Flexible Billing Terms:

Battery Replacement Options:

Custom contract programs can provide the customer with an option to have CPT change out batteries during the PM visit on an as-needed basis, making battery refreshing affordable and convenient.

On-Demand Service Report Access

Access your service reports on demand, with our proprietary SaaS platform, Workforce Mobilizer.

We equip you with a username and password that you can use to access your service reports online, through your customer portal.

Full Service Program

Our Full Service Program encompasses everything the PM Only Program offers and much more!  Full remedial & emergency parts & onsite labor coverage at a fixed annual fee provides the customer with the peace-of-mind that their power protection system will be serviced at the budgeted cost.

Our Full Service Programs are managed under Workforce Mobilizer, giving us an edge on the competition and streamlining the entire service, maintenance and repair process.

Extended Warranty Options:

Our Extended Warranty Options offer extended parts & onsite labor coverage for qualifying equipment.  Ask your CPT representative if your equipment qualifies.

Equipment Stock Options:

Do you have a lot of single phase UPS systems? Over 10, 20+, 50+, 100+? No worries, we have the option you need. Let us stock new equipment on our shelves as it’s only a matter of time before a piece of equipment fails

In the event of a failure, the stock option enables our technicians to bring new equipment on-site, within 4 hours or less. Switch out the old with the new and get back up and running instead of waiting for the new equipment to arrive.
